Great customer service but lacks quality products
This has been my pet store for years because I live real close by. Many of the employees know me and my dog by name and my dog loves just loves helping himself to their biscuit bar. I pay for what she takes after she's done.
But I have to say this company has pretty low standards when it comes to the quality of their products. I can't begin to tell you how many things i have bought and then found out was defective. They always give me a refund but come on PETCO, get your act together!
