good service

My dog is not a fan of groomers---no dog is. But when we come there, she loves it.I guess they have some positive enrgy there or something that makes want to feel pretty and clean again.My cat is a huge snob.Thats right, a snob.She would pick EVERYTHING herself.....her food, her bed, her toys, and deffinately her groomer.Whenever she would see ,e putting a blanket on the seat, she knew she was going to "the place" again. However, after about 4 months of searching...I found this place...and when ever I put that blanket, my cat jumps right in and looks at me with the eyes of, "Is it that time again?" I highly recomend this groomer salon. I, have a guilt free time while my pets go there because I know they love it there.I can also say that the tiny store they have in there is great!I bought some shampoo and conditioner there and used it at home, and at that time I realized I have never washed my dog with anything that smelled as good as that.Oh, and when I tryed to wash the pets myself.....well I just have to tell you that it was the best time in my life.....I HIGHLY recomend that place :) .

I like this place alot for being pretty much the only place where you can bring your dog and wash it yourself in the tub. The people are pretty nice and let you take as much time as you want. The only problem with this place is -- they seem to be open 'when they feel like it." I have gone by multiple times and it's just randomly closed. this was okay when I lived right nearby. But when I moved across town I actually more than once called and asked when they would be open to, they said 6, I drove all the way over there with the dog and guess what, it's closed. One time I went and the guy was about to close as I got there, and i was like, what is the deal here, he admitted they close if it's not busy and let me wash my dog. pretty awkward if you are coming a long way.

I brought my new growling, matted shelter dog to them to see if they could help. 2 hrs later, my new dog was beautiful, they were able to keep his hair long and not clip him, ...

I made an appointment via the phone. When I dropped off my dog, I was THEN told there is a there hour window to complete their services. Why even schedule an appointment. I still feel kinda guilty leaving my dog cramped in a cage for that long. Furthermore, when I went into the back room where they wash the animals, it was PACKED FULL of whimpering pets. It was a tad disturbing. But my dog is clean and soft. Hope this helps.
Also, read the other reviews, "young" "energetic" -- then read their website. Kinda fishy.
