I had my doublts but they are good and their prices are not too bad accross the board. Yes some things are cheaper in Wal-Mart or K-Mart but when you can not find something they have it or will get it for you!
Upon needing a fish tank, wal-mart had whole set-ups at $50 plus.. but since I only needed a tank, Pet Supermarket was the only place to go, and the tank was way affordable and I spent less than $20 and picked up 4 additional items other then just the tank! What a bargain!
They can answer questions, have a great selection and are most friendly. they do tend to get busy but sicne they are the best in town, patience is the key!

PROS: service, expertise, staff, location
CONS: Need to help customers a little more effeciently

Pet SuperMarket is conveniently located on Highway 27 in North Sebring. There is plenty of parking available in the Sebring Square Shopping Center. The store is always well maintained and well stocked with all types of pet supplies.
The animals that they stock appear well cared for and their cages/containers are always clean.
Pet SuperMarket offers a frequent buyer plan which enables dog and cat owners to take advantage of earning free food with purchases. Unfortunately, all of my nine pets are birds and this program is not yet available for them.
Service is dependent upon whomever is working. Some of the associates are friendly and interested in providing good service. Others, are not.
I frequent this store because it is conveniently located and it carries the food products and accessories I need to care for my birds.

PROS:
CONS: No frequent pet program in place for bird owners.
