This place is really unlike the rest. They will encourage you to come and take a tour ANYTIME So we did and glad we did. Do yourself a favor Take a tour and you will never take your babies anywhere else. Even if the place wasn't as clean and spacious, I can tell my dogs love it and the staff love them.

The Pet Palace has been absolutely wonderful to my four pets!! I have two poodles and two labs. They are very spoiled by me and by the great team at the Pet Palace. I Know that while I am away ,my dogs are in GREAT care!! These people are TOP KNOTCH -- they have great references....just ask.....I did!!!

The Pet Palace (Webster, TX) lost two dogs (see Channel 11 news story or Houston Chronicle). Not only are they negligent, they DON'T care about pets. If you care for your pet, take them somewhere else.

I went out of town for a week and left my three dogs there. They were supposed to be in a luxury king suite which has in/out privileges with their own dog door. I paid a ton of money for a week of boarding three dogs. My sister stopped by to visit and they were in a regular chain link kennel out in the middle with no access to potty.

I wasn't told until I got back that they were moved, and if I hadn't said anything, I seriously doubt the owner would have even apologized. Great, apologize. Then he generously offered me a 10% discount on my boarding. 10% WOW. How special. The price difference between 3 dogs in a king suite and 3 dogs in a regular kennel was about $40 a night. 10%?!?! That didn't even pay for what I got.

The owner was rude, arrogant, and honestly I don't feel he even likes dogs. I think he just likes making money off of dogs.

I have told everyone I know and everyone I meet to never do business at that place. Unacceptable treatment of my dogs, and bait & switch isn't a good way to do business.
