We have been going to Pet Medical Center for 3-1/2 years and have received the best care and consideration for our pets, as well as ourselves. We consider Dr. Bach and all of her Clinic Staff to be family - we interviewed several practices upon moving to Temecula and were impressed immediately by the surroundings, staff and Dr. Bach's patience and interest in answering questions relative to our two older, special needs terriers. Dr. Bach and everyone at PMC has given them extremely good care at all times, and is honest and forthcoming in options for all circumstances. This is the place for your pet to be well taken care of. Wow!! What a wonderful office and staff! As a first time visitor on April 17, 2009 with my precious "Bella", I was greeted by a delightful office and wonderful staff. Everyone was in "red" and ready to go! Lydia and Melyssa were terrific! Lydia was friendly while taking ample time to answer my questions (I had several) and Melyssa was very thorough at check-out time, including info on future visits, medication information; even coupon and rebate information on products! DR. GINDI was/is CARING, KIND and COMPASSIONATE when she introduced herself to "Bella" and so sincere and calming in her comments regarding my concern for her.<br />
Cost and prices may be higher than the run-of-the-mill vet, but the level of service and care is not compromised; their commitment to wellness an A+++! There is no price that can be placed on the care and regard for our pets (children...~wink~); they too deserve only the best regarding treatment! I took my dobe to Dr Bach with a horrible tumor on his mouth. I was looking for a second opinion and felt very good about having her do the surgery. She did surgery on him that same day and that really impressed me. The cost was fair and I am very pleased with the staff at pet medical center. My baby got the best care and is on his way to a full recovery.
