The staff at this facility has always been helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. They have become like a second family to us and we wouldn't trust our pets with anyone else.

It is a substantial amount to just see the doctor and the shots are priced very high in relation to other animal hospitals. I would look elsewhere before going here.

This clinic is an upsell scam!! Everytime we have gone in there, the staff have been absolutely clueless, they do not know who we are, when I give my pets name and my last name, they still can't figure it out! All the Dr. does is try to upsell you on services and products you don't need! I think it's inappropriate to put your priorities as such: 1. Bringing in money 2. Caring for your pet 3. communication to the family 4. customer service.
It is poorly operated and executed. What other vet's office does not give you the results of heartworm antigen? I've never heard of having to send it off and wait!! Also, since when is a fecal exam on a dog not done by the vet? They give US, the owner a stick to dig through our own dog's poop, and then be inconvenienced by having to drive back over there and drop it off! Also, you are charged for the fecal exam, before you bring the stool sample in! So, if you don't want to mess with it, or forget about it, they still have your money! I am switching vets and will never darken their door again!

This veterinary medical center is absolutely outstanding! The staff is very compassionate and professional; they always strive to provide service that is in the best interest of the family pet's health and well-being as well as being very sensitive to the pet's family. The doctor is very knowledgeable in her field and will provide thorough information regarding prognosis, available options and professional opinion, always delivered with the utmost sensitivity to the families feelings; yet, compassionately sensible and professional at all times.

The office is very, very clean. The staff always willing to be flexible in terms of scheduling; and more importantly, always interested in pet's 'sibling' well-being (by name!). I truly love this place. I could not have survived two elderly labradors health issues without them. They are a blessing.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with our family pet! They treat our little dog Freckles as if he were a member of their own family. We receive follow-up calls after every visit. They truly care about our pet AND our entire family.
