<b> Overall:</b> This pet store has an excellent selection. I go there for there tropical fish. They are one of the only fish stores around with rays and exotic fish you can't find anywhere else. They also have a HUGE selection of reptiles, one of the biggest I've seen, it's like a zoo in there.<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> The prices are reasonable but not cheap. I can only comment on the fish prices.<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> The service all depends on the employee your talking to. One employee tried to sell me an eel and when another employee joined in for comments he told me the eel hadn't eaten in 3 weeks and might die soon.<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> The quality is top notch. Huge selection of fresh water fish, tropical fish and reptiles They even have some bunnies and cats.<br />

The only times I have been here was because my boyfriend is an animal enthusiast and loves seeing the diversity of animals here. We sort of treated as if this place was a zoo because of all the different types of animals here: from the many many salt and freshwater fish, to snakes, to iguanas, baby turtles, spiders, tortoises, frogs, etc. It was really cool just seeing how a store can sell all these animals. Surprisingly, you do not see your typical kittens and puppies.

I did not buy anything here nor looked at the pricing for any of the animals, so I cannot say anything about their value. All I can say is that if you're looking for exotic or different types of animals to keep as a pet, this is a pretty good place to start looking.

this place is AWWWWWSOME. i like coming here just to look at the animals. its like a zoo where you don't have to pay any admission. i remember they used to have a tank in the corner that housed stingrays, guitarfish, and a shark...which is very cool...although i don't think they should be kept as pets. they also have a VERY impressive variety of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. i'll probably end up getting a sulcatta tortoise and poison dart frogs from them in the future. they also have pretty much all the supplies you will ever need for your pet.

there were two things i dissaprove of though..
1. the hermit crab enclosure was horrible...the substrate wasn't soft enough for them to bury in, there were no hidespots, and there was no lid to keep the humidity in. plus points for not having crabs with painted shells though.
2. they sell puppies now?!?!!

I bought a lot of goldfish from pet kingdom for some reason, kinda just to play with them and I was very satisfied. The service was very good, they got my 150 goldfish pretty quickly, I do not know how they counted those squirmy guys. They had a lot of other pets there too and they seemed to have fair prices. The employees were very knowledgeable and gave me a discount for buying in bulk. If I ever need mass amounts of goldfish again I will definitely be heading back. I would recommend this place to my friends and anyone who needs a pet, pet supplies, or even pet advice.

If you are looking for a pet or pet food or large aquarium or terrarium you will find great value here. As far as the little things for making your pets enclosure more like a healthy home (heaters, humidifiers, bedding, basking etc) I've found these items to be close to 2x the cost as buying them online.
