the ONLY pediatrician for my children!
Dr. Byung Chang has been treating both of my children since they were newborns. Dr. Chang's honesty, sincerity and dedication to my children are what keep all of us coming back year after year. I highly recommend Dr. Chang -- you simply won't find a more caring pediatrician in Central Pennsylvania!
