Good service and good prices‎
Brought my car in for alignment after getting new tires. They were helpful and offer competitive prices for their services. Job took about 30 minutes, which was faster than they originally estimated. Recommend these guys.‎

Highly Recommended
I was looking up PT's address when I read the review below. I felt it merited a response from another REAL customer. I've been going to Performance Tire for over 7 years now. The reason I keep going back is service. Quite frankly, I'm surprised to hear that the person below had a bad experience with Robert. I have always found him to be a standup, caring and helpful individual. Also, the shop has always stood by their work. If they missed something they will fix it for free. I live over 20 miles away, yet I keep going back year after year. This REAL customer highly recommends Performance Tire, especially for their "honest" and "diligent" service that the guy below complains so much about.‎

Let me share a REAL experience of the REAL customer. On
Let me share a REAL experience of the REAL customer.
On December 11 2009 I brought my BMW for tire change and alignment. Instead of 1 hour, as promised by the shop manager Mr. Robert Arellano, I've waited for 2 h 45 min. But that was not biggest of a deal. The next day I've noticed a perfectly circular scratch around car's fender which could be done ONLY by tools they're using for alignment. I came to Performance tire and showed the scratch.
Mr. Robert Arellano blatantly refused to admit their obvious fault and rectify the problem, using a pathetic reason "I don’t know what it is".
And what a coincident - my co-worker told me that about 5 years back he had a bad rap with Mr. Arellano when they refused to meet the warranty obligation on his Dunlop tires.
Clearly this shop does not believe that business is moved by building a clientele - it's really for "special" customers.
So much for "honest" and "diligent" service ... I'll never go back or recommend their services.

Shameful performance by “Performance...
Apparently it's not too difficult to have a couple of employees and friends to write 5-star reviews these days. But let me share a REAL experience of the REAL customer.
