Home Buyer‎
Spoke with the owners. Very cordial people. With no commitment from me the owner went to the site and did a roof inspection from outside and inside. Spent his time to give me a verbal quote. They have the job if the sale is completed and it appears the sale will be done in the next three to five days. If old time manners, attitude and just down home good folk mean anything then these people are who you want. I should close on this house in three to five days. If it is closed by next week then the job can be started right away and I'm not even interested in competitive quotes. Good job folks, Pete Gandy‎
