Big store, nice people, good tech service
This store is HUGE, compared to many other performance bike shops. They have a big inventory, and let you ride as many bikes as you want (even though I never bought a bike here - but I've spent tons on equipment). They have lots of clothing and equipment also, and it's well laid out. The service guys are generally very friendly and there's usually very little wait. They actually help you and sometimes can do the service while you wait. They usually are fair with prices and sometimes install things for free that you buy there. I once had recall done service here for a bike I bought somewhere else, and they replaced a flat tire on it for free. That was nice! The manager is good and helped me with a big 'red-phone' bike return without complaint, and fixed any billing issues I ever ran into over the many years I lived near the store.
