Terrible Service, Ripoff.‎
Terrible customer service–that is, if you're actually able to get any. I've been here 3 times, and each time for service. Each time it took around 10 minutes for someone to even come near me at the service counter. The last time I went I was hesitant to go, but needed someone with a table vise in order to get the lockring off of my single speed hub. They wanted to charge me $7 to do it, after already making me wait 15 minutes. I laughed and went to "The Off Ramp" a block away, where I had someone helping me within 30 seconds of stepping up to the counter, who didn't charge for the minute of labor it took. Forget Performance Bicycle Shop. I'm never going there again.‎

Actually has good prices!‎
I was looking for Shimano bike components and I was buying them locally as I didn't want to wait for days to work on an upgrade. It turned out that Performance Bike has pretty competitive price, and considering the shipping cost, I am totally glad that I shopped here. The store is spacious and has good selection of items.‎

This is the best bike store in Mountain View. They have kind and cooperative staff, I always go there to lube my bike and to fix problems for free, they consider any avid cyclist as a friend and provide you with best services!‎
