I got one of the best housecleaning jobs I have ever gotten from this cleaning company. The English speaking lady showed up early and did a great job on my somewhat messy house. She was very plesant and efficient and I didnt have to go behind her and tell her to do things that previous cleaners had missed or did not clean correctly. I had alot of clutter in one room and they cleaned that up as well I have recommended Perfectly Serviced to my friends and they were also pleased with the work . Those other 2 reviews must have happened with different people because I had a very positve experience from the minute that I called them until they were done with the cleaning. I will continue to use them in the future.‎

The worst cleaning service I have ever had. Avoid at all costs. Asked for a full refund, dealing with this "company" was a total headache.‎

This was the worst cleaning experience I've ever had. The cleaning woman showed up 20 minutes late. When she got there, she explained that she wouldn't be able to vacuum because it was broken. I should have sent her away right then and there. However, I let her do her job. When I came back in 45 minutes, all she had cleaned was the tub and it still had many visible stains on it, probably because all she had to clean with was generic brand comet. When I called the company to ask for a refund, they charged me half of the quoted price for her to come and do absolutely nothing. I had to call another cleaning crew to take care of the mess she had made.‎
