Affordable hair cut by N. K. at InsiderPages

For under $20, which includes tax and tip, you can get a great hair cut. The owner used to work at a national chain down the street until she left to open this place. The stylist I go to followed her here, so I did too.

Maybe because I have long hair and tend to keep it that way it's easier to cut than say, a pixie cut, but I never had a problem with getting my hair cut here. But it's also a personal choice.

CONS: Sometimes a long wait
