Management lies. For over a year, several apartments were being broken into for electronics. Did management give notice? No!!!! (police reports are public if you dont believe and there were a dozen break ins in a year) This information was not shared with residents to protect against and when I asked about break ins (i got robbed a couple months after moving in and management wanted to charge 50 dollars to change my locks) was reasured that "that doesnt happen here." (ask about the uhaul truck that pulled up to someones apartment while they where not home and took everything) Furthermore, you will love the sign on the automatic gate; "management is not responsible for malfunction or damage caused by this gate." Soooo untrue in a court of law but just goes to show the kind of deciet being put forth. And while Im talking about the gate, any car can get in by following another car in (or uhaul truck)... what is the point of a gate if there is no control over entry? ...
