Avoid At All Costs!

I will not EVER even consider giving this establishment the time of day again!! Not even the higher ups had good customer service!! We were talked down to and treated as if we were stupid. We even had comments made to us that I wouldn't EVER consider saying to people. I was very disappointed with our experience at Penske Chevrolet, and due to this experience I will never do business at any Penske establishment EVER AGAIN!!!! I don't think I would recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

I just had my van serviced there and they did a great job. Its a huge van and they were the only local place that could do the oil change. I needed a 45000 mile service, they did it in half a day and called right away when it was done. I will go back again.
