I bought an Audi RS4 through their fleet/internet manager, Jerry Loh. I had priced cars at four or five dealerships and I was having a miserable experience with most dealers. My experience shows how one bad apple can ruin a business' reputation. I brought my Audi in to a repair. The young service rep dude who helped me had a very poor attitude. Nonchalant, dismissive, cold, cocky. No attempt whatsoever to engage or even be polite. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of the repair. On a bright note, the senior rep there was friendly and chatted as I stood around.‎

I can't comment on the cars since I didn't purchase my vehicle through these guys but I'll explain what happened to me with the service department. I took my car in for 90K mile maintenance and replacement of a engine coil. It was finished fairly quickly and I thought they did a good job when I picked my car up. I looked in my car and my cardholder was broken. The next day, my check engine light came up AND they did not clear the 'service' light that comes on when you turn your car on. I tried to contact the service department several times only to be blown off by messages that I left with at least 3 of the service representatives. I spent over $1K here and they don't even give me the courtesy of returning my phone call. I am also active duty military, which means I'm stationed far away from this dealership. I can't go back anytime to address this issue personally, but a call, giving me peace of mind, would've been nice. Bottom line, I do not ...
