Super Helpful Friendly Service‎

These guys treated me with great respect and made it easy for me to find the right rental piano. They were very friendly throughout the whole process and made it all go smoothly. I'll definitely be going back here for any and all piano needs.‎

Horrible Service, avoid this place‎

My girlfriend was in the market to purchase an upright piano to continue her musical studies at college. I had driven past this store many times and had also found them online when looking for stores. We visited the store and while we were impressed by how many pianos they had packed into there, we were less than impressed by their service, selection and pricing. Most of the pianos were overpriced and mostly from two companies. What was really horrible however was the service. The one person who was working that day ignored us to chat with a lady who had come into the store after us and didn't even come over to us when we signaled we had a question. After the lady left he started to walk towards the back and only then did he decide to come over to us and answer a question. What should have been a simple question about a foot pedal setup turned into a condescending conversation where he all but said we were morons and knew nothing about pianos. Good Place for Instrument Rentals by Michelle M. at InsiderPages

I don't know about the quality of their piano business, but when it comes time for your kids to start learning an instrument, this is a great place to go for affordable instrument rentals (trombone, clarinet, trumpet, etc.). The staff is knowledgable and very nice, and the equipment is in great shape. (And when my son did get a swab stuck in the wrong place in his trumpet, they were very understanding about extracting it at no cost and not making him feel bad about it!)
