A wonderful organization with very caring staff who make sure the animals are healthy, well fed, clean, and happy. They will work with you to insure you get the right animal for your lifestyle and that it's a perfect match for both you and the pet.

The shelter is a great place to adopt pets from, the staff is friendly. My only negative is lack of response when reporting animal neglect. I have reported my neighbors dog as being neglected for over a year now & nothing has improved. ...

What a wonderful, caring staff. I have adopted six animals from PHS over the years, and the experience was so rewarding. The staff works hard to match the animals with the right humans and the care that they provide is outstanding!
