This place is terrible. The people who work here are rude, unprofessional, and could care less about people or pets. They are only in it for the money, which is obvious from the incredibly high prices. The place is not kept up very well, the employees are nearly impossible to find when you are in the store, and then when you do find someone, they offer very little help at all. I would stay away from this place, it gives pet stores a bad name.

The store has been completely revamped as of november 08'. Basically, it's sigificantly cleaner than before and all the animals are healthy and happy. It kinda sucks that the fish department is gone (for the most part) but it's nothing big. The shop really shines in the fact that itha a fantastic collection of both reptiles, birds, arthropods, small mammals, and aquatics. The vailed chameleons they have there are incredible and the price of 80 is crazy especially for the largest one. It should be mentioned that the grooming was removed, but the groomer still works there and will cut nails or feathers if you require. Basically, the shop is totally renewed and the fact that they're about two to five bucks cheeper than petco on everything should be enough incentive to go there. Plus with the new owners any type of food can be obtained if you ask .

This Pet store is dirty and disgusting. Animals are left uncared for, especially fish.

The purchasing of unweaned baby birds and feeding them incorrectly is not only inhumane, but against the law (there is a ban on selling unweaned birds). The breeder supplying this pet store is in violation of this law, as the purchaser (the pet store) has no qualified and experienced hand-feeders.

Anyone who frequents this store simply adds to the cause. Defend it all you wish, but that's a blind acceptance for a bit of shopping convenience. It also shows extreme ignorance.

Don't be human sheep. Open your eyes and question things.
