Got some locally caught never frozen Cobia two weeks ago and we are still talking about it. This is an old fashioned fish market that sells local fresh fish and it shows. You walk in and it smells like a quality fish market, fresh sea smell not old fish. The Cobia we had was just seasoned and grilled with a little oil on the BBQ and I served it with a simple lemon butter sauce (3parts fresh lemon juice and tsp zest to 1 part butter). It was the best fish we have had in a really long time, Much better than eating out. Their prices may seem a little high initially but you get more than the quality you pay for. We will be returning again and again. Highly recommend the Pelican Seafood CO.
