I took my daughter for a well appointment as a requirement for enrolling her in preschool. We received the first appointment of the day, were one of two patients and was seen within 15 minutes. The waiting area does not reflect that these doctors see children. There are no toys, magazines, childrens books.... The staff was not very personable when I asked questions during some of the developmental tests. I had the door to our room open, because I felt like they had forgotten us. My daughters doctor, who was assigned that day, was busy talking about her wild bender the previous weekend, to the staff in the hall. The doctor did not agree with some of the medical choices that I have made for my daughter, and had me sign a ridiculous waiver. The overall appointment took about an hour, with another hour to "print" the offending waiver. I paid my co-pay with a debit/credit card, which did not show on my bank account for two months. Difficult to impossible to talk to anyone in the office to make appointment for any reason from post ER visit to usual Physical Exam. It took 4 days of constant calling to be able to talk with office workers for appointment for physical, And for the more than 12yrs under Ped Partners ' care. We were seen at most 6 times.‎
