GRR!!
I have taken my dog to this vet clinic NUMEROUS times for vaccinations and also emergencies as well. I called them to ask if they can remove a few ticks that I found on my dog after letting him back inside, and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and didn't understand what I was talking about. All I wanted was for a professional to remove the ticks that I found and after being put on hold for 5 minutes she came back on the phone and said they don't offer those kinds of services. WHAT KIND OF VET REFUSES TO REMOVE TICKS FROM A DOG? Ticks can be extremely dangerous and if not removed they could cause health problems and risks. I don't look at this clinic the same way.‎

Experienced and Knowledgeable Doctors...
Visited twice on emergency. Two visits were 3 days apart. On the first visit, we were sent home with a sedated dog. The second visit, symptoms had worsened and the staff, I believe did what they could to save our dog. They didn't. The staff was incredibly insensitive when we came in to say goodbye to our dog that had passed away. The first thing we were asked is if we wished to have his ashes or not. There were no condolences issued, no sensitivity shown. We never even saw or talked to the doctor after she called to tell us that our beloved pet had died. Yet, they were able to correctly diagnose our dog, which was a step above the last vet we had went to. The doctor's expertise I believe is good. Sensitivity was sorely lacking.‎

Good clinic, poor service, all about money
If you are looking for clinic with great hours and modern facilities that caters to pet owners with money, then this is it. I am looking for quality affordable care. We took our puppy her for her shots and it cost 2x what they said it would. Similiarly we had to put our sick old cat down and called and they said it would be $250. After a 1 hour wait and a lengthy and non-compassionate procedure, we were charged almost $400. I called about one of our pets but they wouldn't talk to us about the situation because that pet hadn't been there. I don't like these people. They are a national chain that is slick. But they are all about money and have an attitude. If money is not an issue for you and you want great hours, then yeah... they are fine. If you are person who loves their pet but can't afford hundreds of dollars for even a routine check, try Blue Cross Animal Hospital. It is low-tech, scrappy, but affordable, experienced and doesn't run a unnecessary tests.‎
