Good clinic, poor service, all about money
If you are looking for clinic with great hours and modern facilities that caters to pet owners with money, then this is it. I am looking for quality affordable care. We took our puppy her for her shots and it cost 2x what they said it would. Similiarly we had to put our sick old cat down and called and they said it would be $250. After a 1 hour wait and a lengthy and non-compassionate procedure, we were charged almost $400. I called about one of our pets but they wouldn't talk to us about the situation because that pet hadn't been there. I don't like these people. They are a national chain that is slick. But they are all about money and have an attitude. If money is not an issue for you and you want great hours, then yeah... they are fine. If you are person who loves their pet but can't afford hundreds of dollars for even a routine check, try Blue Cross Animal Hospital. It is low-tech, scrappy, but affordable, experienced and doesn't run a unnecessary tests.
