As a volunteer for a local cat rescue organization, I have had occasion to see this vet a lot over the last few years. I have started driving an extra 10 minutes each way to see another vet, and would NOT recommend this office! While most of the staff are friendly, they are overworked, as evidenced by the crowd in the lobby, the overflowing files all over the lobby, the cacophony in the back room where the kennels are located, and the long wait times. Our experience is different, because they are generous enough to discount services for our non-profit, so this is just a cautionary note. Do a little due diligence and check other reviews or ask for references before entrusting your babies to them.

I was recommended to Dr. Pearson by a good friend and I took my dog there for a visit. The staff was great and very welcoming. Dr. Pearson took time and went over all recommendations with me and also was very gentle with my dog. I am glad that I came and I would recommend Dr. Pearson's office to all my friends. You need to come and expierence this staff and dr for yourself. I give Dr Pearson and her staff an A!

I've been taking my pets to Pearson Nespor for years & they are always given excellent care. I never feel they are trying to push extra proceedures or overcharge for things.

Dr. Pearson provides a low-cost spay/neuter program, which is wonderful.

I feel Dr. Pearson, along w/the rest of the staff. really cares for each & every animal that comes to the office. There's no other place I'd trust w/my pets.

I've been going to this animal hospital for years. I even drove up from Carmel Valley because Dr. Pearson was the only person I trusted with operating on my dog.
She may have a quick bedside manner, but she really knows what she is doing and she really really cares. Take a moment, get to know her.
My Old Lab ate something and had to have it removed from her stomach (for the 3rd time). Whe Dr. Pearsonn did the procedure our OLD lab came out of it like a puppy. You can't say more than that.

I recently obtained a small poodle mix dog. She was 7 weeks old when we got her and previously taken her to another vet which diagnosed her with parasites but she was not getting any better. I decided to take her to Dr. Pearson and I am truely glad that I did. I took all her medical records with me and Dr. Pearson informed me that Sophie was not on the meds she needed to be on. Dr. Pearson sent home with a few medications. Within 5 days Sophie was a completely different dog. She was full of energy and I was whole heartedly grateful for Dr. Pearson. Thank you from Sophie and I. This is a veterinarian that cares for the client and the patient. You need to come to this office. They are wonderful, just ask Sophie.
