Don't go here for any reason!!!!! I took my car in for a minor repair that should have been completely free through a road-side assistance program that Pearl Street Auto is a member of. Since I had multiple options of companies that would do the work for free, I double and triple-checked that the work would be completely free of charge. I was told that Pearl Street Auto would call me early the next day to let me know when the repair was completed. The next day I did not get any word from Pearl St. Auto, and eventually had to make a special trip there myself. Turns out my car had been ready for hours and they hadn't bothered to call me. Then they charged me $109 for the minor repair. When I confronted them, they manager said "He didn't know" and "no one told him" that I was covered with the road-side assistance program, and insisted on charging me anyway.
