I've had the opportunity to have my car towed twice by these people. Once it was entirely my fault, I failed to have my parking permit in plain view and as a result it was towed. On the second instance, which occurred today, they towed my car because they said it was double parked. I know for a fact that my car was not occupying 2 lanes and they decided to tow it. These people don't work on wages, but on commission and seeing that it's the holidays they're finding any excuse to make their money. My apartment's manual only specifies blocking persons who are already parked and occupying "no parking" spaces. It's sad when people have to resort to low measures just to make a dollar.
