We had boarded our dog here about five times. Initially we were both very impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel & the staff. The employees receive training on basic dog behavior. The place is pricey at $45/day however the care we BELIEVED our dog to be receiving was more important. I HAD recommended this place until our recent stay 3 months ago. Our dog is dog aggressive, however they would keep him separated.

When I picked him up he had TWO PUNCTURE holes on his upper back/neck and it was very red. I don't know if he got into a fight or they shocked him. His Kong had MOLDY CREAM CHEESE. It was clear it was not cleaned in a few days. I tried to contact the owner on several occasions but was dismissed. I will not recommend this place and will not be bringing my pet back.
