I brought in my favorite watch for repair and was wearing it again 30 mins later. The couple was VERY nice to my two young children as well, even giving them money for the candy machine.‎

Wife and I brought in an older analog watch and a newer digital watch for battery replacement. This "mom & pop" store was staffed by two of the nicest people who were able to quickly replace the batteries to the analog and the digital watches (the digital being a Diesel watch whose battery is a pain to replace). Great work with no scratches to the watches. Will be using them for all watch work in the future. Many thanks for the repairs and the kind service!‎
