I do not recommend Patterson Dodge. We had to continue to bring our van back over and over to get work redone. It was never done right the first time and they were always rude. We are very dissatisfied with Crysler and Will never purchase one again. We will never and I repeat never buy anything to where we will have to deal with these people for warranty work. Also Heberts in Shreveport Louisiana is the same way so I think it is Crysler dealerships in general they are all about the money and really do not care about the customer.

I WAS PASSING THROUGH WHEN MY TRUCK STARTED MAKING NOISES SO I PULLED IN PATTERSON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY REAR END. I SPENT 3 DAYS THERE AND $1,771.36 TO RE-BUILD THE REAR END AND WHEN I LEFT THE TRUCK WAS STILL MAKING THE SAME NOISE SO I WENT BACK IN THERE AND THE PROBLEM TURNED OUT TO BE TWO LOOSE BOLTS IN MY TURBO. THEY PROMISED ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THE REAR END AND THAT THERE MECHANIC WAS CERTIFIED, HAHA WHERE DID HE GET IT AT? (CRACKER JACKS BOX MAYBE?) I HAD OTHER MECHANICS AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP LOOK AT THE PARTS AND THE PARTS THAT CAME OUT OF MY REAR END AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THEM
