Patrick and his partners did a very good job my non-profit place of business. The work was done well and in a timely and professional manner. When the chosen colors were changed in some of the areas, Patrick adjusted without a problem and continued the job. Job well done.

I knew Patrick because he had done work for a relative. I just knew he would do the same quality work for me, but I was wrong to the tune of more than a grand in damages.

First red flag was he charged 3 times the 10% deposit on the job. I trusted he was an honest professional.. the work is not complete, and he has yet to refund any money.

Second red flag was when he walked through the house and pointed out how terrible the work in the rest of the house was. Work that had just been completed, and that I was satisfied with.

Third red flag was when he sent a workman to start the job, and he ended up doing everything wrong, even asking for Tequila during the job. Patrick showed up and verbally abused this man. He then apologized and took on the job himself, with little success.

In the meantime we have incurred soiled carpet, paint marks on door handles and adjacent rooms, a scratched marble vanity top. A damaged floor lamp Patrick used as a shop lamp, and a vanity that now needs replaced.

To top it off, Patrick started yelling and calling me names when we informed him we could not endue anymore damage from Seifner painting.

Patrick turned an over-all small job into a nightmare of expensive proportions. Avoid at all costs.
