Excellent Therapists!
I was referred to Paspa PT after a secondary side-effect injury following a surgery. Not only were they knowledgeable, educated, and friendly, but they did an excellent job on both the second injury as well as helping me with some residual strength and range of motion problems from the first injury. I would certainly recommend them for any range of issues requiring PT. I just wish my insurance company hadn't decided that I was healthy and cut me off.

Great facility
My experience with Paspa was a great experience. The therapy helped me alot. I really enjoyed the great and friendly workers, they were there to answer every question that I had. The front desk was great with my co-pay setups and they were very friendly. The only complaint that I can say is that sometime my therapist kept we waiting a little too much but other wise everything was great!! If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

Total professionals
As a personal trainer, I'm a discerning customer. My previous experiences with physical therapy (on more than one occasion!) involved "hot pack, a couple of latex band exercises, electric stimulation, ice pack"
After rotator cuff surgery, my surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery assured me that rehab at Paspa would be different....It sure was!
Not only did I regain full use of my left shoulder, but my therapist helped me to transition back to my gym routine. I also learned a lot about avoiding injury---a "must" for my profession. Incidentally, an early positive sign for success was seeing a former NFL Hall of Fame running back in the office on my second day of therapy....I figured that if this facility was good enough for him, it was going to work for me....I now have the results I was looking for.

Rapid recovery from Achilles tendon rupture
I ruptured my Achilles tendon and had surgery in June. I've got to say that the real healing happens in physical therapy. I had no range of motion and couldn't walk. Pam Paspa has guided me through a multi-month regimen of on-site and at home exercises and I am healing beautifully. I am walking normally and increasing my strength to the point where I will be able to play sports again. The facility is clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly, cheerful and caring.

They also deal with the insurance companies so I don't have to! (Especially with my insurance, Oxford, which continuously sends me letters approving only a partial number of visits.)

Top Shelf Physical Therapy
This is by far the best physical therapy facility I have ever visited and I have been to several both here in Manhattan and Long Island. Pam Paspa and her staff have been providing me with excellent treatment over the past year for both my lower back pain and rehabilitation after shoulder surgery. All of the therapists who have treated me (and I have seen them all over the past year!) possess more than the requisite experience, skill and compassion. Moreover, the level of care is enhanced by an ample number of helpful and friendly therapy aids assisting the therapists at all times with patients. The receptionists could hardly have been any more accomodating of my crazy schedule. The facility itself is spacious, clean and filled with state of the art exercise equipment. Bottom line - If you work in the the Penn station area or you commute through Penn Station -- this is the place to go for physical therapy!
