I had therapy last spring/summer and was able to lower my back pain quite a bit. I worked with most of the therapists and they were very professional. The aids who direct exercise are very helpful. The staff is pleasant , even though my appointments were put at the wrong time (frequently). All in all, a good experience. The bathroom could be cleaner !

I returned to this office for therapy for a new injury after a really good experience two years ago. But this time was very different and I am disappointed in the service.
I asked for my old therapist, Amy, but she was no longer working there.
This time, the therapist rushed and didn't really listen during the first session. It was obvious she did'nt even remember me at the next meeting. There was more time spent with the assistants doing exercise then time with the therapist.
Unfortunately, I won't be going back to Paspa Therapy.

paspa pt is staffed by consummate professionals who do everything in their power to motivate, encourage, and instruct their clients so they can reap the maximum benefit from therapy. each and everyone, from the front desk to the therapists and aides, is kind and attentive, making what could be an unpleasantly anticipated process so much more bearable. and, as a result of their knowledge, my therapist and aides were able to adjust my schedule and get me ahead of it in terms of my recovery. i recommend paspa pt to anyone requiring physical therapy, especially in the midtown area. the facility is so well-equipped and maintained it was a pleasure spending so much time there over the last 5 months. my hat is off to pam and her staff, including gabe, michelle, laura, rachel, jerry, and nancy. thank you thank you thank you.

I had a really bad accident while on vacation. I dislocated my shoulder on the golf course. I went to Paspa Physical Therapy for 2 reasons. My doctor highly recommended the place and I worked just a few blocks away. I was really concern at first with physical therapy because I didn't know what to expect. I must say that the staff was really friendly and helpful when I first got there. My therapist was highly recommended by my doctor so I trusted her alot. After 2 months of physical therapy I feel like a new happy person. Thanks you Paspa for helping me with my recovery.

I've had quite a few injuries and a lot of therapy. The care at Paspa is top notch- and I've worked with each of their therapists along the way. I've had therapy at places where they seem quite happy to take your hard-earned money in exchange for hot packs, ice, and about 2 minutes of time with the therapist! The experience at Paspa is different. They also seemed to have good dialogue with my orthopedists.
