i've been a customer for 10 years . when you first drive up a very nice and cute guy greets you. his name is frank, his smile will get your attention,(i wonder if he is single and ready to mingle)
he has great customer service skills. whatever problem you may have he always trys his best to resolve your problem. i tell all my friends to go there .and ask for him.

Stop! Do not go there. They steal things from your car and leave you with a dirty one. Who cares about cookies...I can eat at home..just leave my personals in my car, thank you. Try someone else...

this place does a decent job on regular washes. You have to carefully inspect the car before you drive it off to make sure that it is done right. I paid $90 dollars for a hand wash and wax and leather treatment and was very dissappointed in the wash. The was no glossy finish and insect debris remained on the front. The supervisor tried to tell me that there was a problem with the paint on this relatively new black Porsche. That was a waste of money. Like anything, you have to stay on top of the guys actually doing the work.

this carwash is fantastic. they are pretty quick and their prices are very reasonable. they do a really good job inside and out with your car. on the day i went it was super hot and i loved being able to wait in an air conditioned room with windows to watch my car. they had couches, newspapers and snacks for people waiting. it is conveniently located near my work and the 210 and 134 freeways which is great

Not sure where those guys got their cars washed? Pasadena car was is just another car wash, with a nice waiting area (leather sofas, cookies, pretzels) that you pay for in the price. Probably the most expensive car wash in the area. Took my car in there and they put the wrong type gas in, (specifically said 89 octane) lucky for them it started. They are professional and its very clean. I guess for the Pasadena Snob Society its the place to get your bently groomed. You can get just a good a wash if you shop around.
