Went in at 12:10pm Tuesday to rent chairs to be delivered 5 days later for my daughters birthday. After getting the price and looking over our budget we decided we couldn't do the chairs, it was just too much. Went back at 12:45pm same day (35 minutes later) and said we were sorry, but we can't do the chairs this time. Was told sorry no cancellations within 7 days of the event. We pleaded with the people and told them we understand their policy, but they haven't even held the chairs for us yet, it was only a half hour ago! They told us sorry about that, but thats our policy. no exceptions, and walked away. I couldn't believe it, we have used them about 3 times in the past and live down the road and do have parties and events often. The next day I spoke with the owner Anna who echoed her employees attitude and would not cancel the order and charged our credit card. Thanks to them my daughter didn't have her special birthday dinner but we had some chairs and tables that we didn't use because we had to scale the party back due to our budget and wasting the money on chairs they forced us to take.
