Rented dunk tank for Birthday Party. The target disk would not dunk when ball thrown. Child walked up to push target and the heavy disk fell off onto his foot and broke a bone. Returned and reported the problem same day to employee. Upon informing the Management I was referred to the contract which only allows 1 hour to report a problem from time of incident. This is suspicios wording for a contract as most events are so busy that taking time to contact the store makes sense when things calm down. There were 4 injuries within 10 minutes of starting the party and one was the broken bone another was my daughter being knocked in the temple by the seat when it didn't click into place properly. Took the tank out of the driveway and tended to the injuries. Party broke up soon after. Upon asking for a refund or other store compensation I was surprised to be argued with about my word against theirs and to get a lawyer to read the contract to me. They deny equipment was faulty and it may still be dangerous. Buyer Beware. I have circulated boycot flyers throughout Prairieville. Mother of child with broken bone is also passing on boycot.

I would never rent from Party Emporium again. We rented the Thomas the Train spacewalk for our 2 year old son's birthday party and were extremely disappointed. The Spacewalk was ripped on side of opening/kids falling out and was dirty and full of leaves. I called to complain and they sent someone out 2 hours later with duct tape to repair - that did nothing.

I would not recommend them!!!!!! Horrible!!!!
