If I could give a no-star rating, I would. We had issues with our 2007 Ford Focus. It was under warranty and towed to this Ford dealership for servicing. They had our car for four days and refused to offer us a courtesy car. It was next to impossible to reach someone for an update on the status of the car as well. Beware... stay far far away from this place and head down the road to the Lincoln Mercury service center instead - they are wonderful, friendly, and supremely helpful (and offered us a courtesy car).‎

I have done business (by force) with this company for years. They are the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. Now I know why people take their Fords to Mt. Airy for service - it's worth the drive. These folks never have cars fixed on time, I have yet to not have to take a vehicle back for the same thing at least once - and the attitude you get is take it or leave it. No customer focus at all. They do not seem to care at all that you are a customer - they only want you to buy a car from them... they are certainly willing to take your money for service - but they provide subquality customer service every time.

We have purchased two new vehicles from Parkway Ford. In both cases we were given a fair price without a lot of hassle & haggling. The first time, they did not have the color & model I wanted. They suggested ordering it from the factory. Unfortunately, it turned out the factory was not getting orders out as promised. However, Parkway searched until they found what I wanted at a dealer out of the area. They picked up the car for me, almost immediately, and at no additional charge.
Both times, taking care of the final paperwork went quickly and smmothly. Absolutely no hassle or hard sell for extras like extended warranties and such. They asked, I said no & we moved on. I have no doubt we will be purchasing our next Ford from Parkway.
