WILL CHEAT YOU ON A USED CAR‎
We went in to buy a used Tahoe that we saw on the internet. We were told could not negotiate on the price - despite "make offer" on the internet. When we told them we would not buy at the set price unless we got the mats to cover the empty back, we were told no deal - so we walked. Salesman mentioned that he was losing 2-3k - the amount it would have been listed if we had walked in and not noticed the internet amount. Then he went on to tell a story about feeding his kids, this was a family business, and how he had someone coming in on a plane to buy the vehicle for auction. We get home and look closer at the photo of the Tahoe online that we saw at the lot, and notice there is a 3rd row seat - however, no 3rd row seat at the car on lot. We looked at another Tahoe that was listed at $32000. They said it was a deal because the original invoice that was in the glove box and showed us was at $42000. We looked at other papers in the glovebox and found another invoice listed at ...

Tops for Service‎
I've learned my lesson with other shops and mechanics, and any work I can't do myself, Parkway's service department will get. Years ago I took a used Monte Carlo I had purchased at another lot to Parkway at their old location when the theft lock kicked in on the stereo after I changed the battery, and a tech came out and unlocked it for me for free. People have told me that it's more expensive to take the car to the dealership for work, but in my experience, it really isn't and they do a top notch job. They have caught things that were about to become a larger issue (and yes, I know this is a trick to rip off the consumer in some cases, but Parkway's never tried anything like that, and yes, I would know if they did). I purchased a used car from them some years ago, and they worked with me to find the car that I wanted in my budget at the time. Fantastic Dealership!‎
I purchased a new Avalanche from Parkway Chevrolet about two weeks ago. The whole experience was fantastic! They gave me a great deal on my trade in, and discounted the Avalanche even more than I expected.There was no pressure and the whole transaction went great! Loving my new Camaro.‎
I picked up my 2010 Camaro from Parkway a few weeks ago and i love it to death!! My Sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me all the little functions of my new toy!!! I will be purchasing there again and I will be sending my sister in to get her car from there..‎

My dad and i picked up my Cobalt SS from Parkway and it went really smooth no haggling. the sales guy was really cool and explained everything to me so that i understood what was going on. i believe that the next time i get a car i will be going back to parkway.‎
