Just had the weirdest experience with this place. We're looking for a home for my father, who is diabetic. They seem like an awesome place so we decided to apply. And were told they could not take diabetics who require assistance injecting their insulin, as this was forbidden by state regulations. So I looked up the regs, called the RCFE, and they specifically permit diabetics to receive assistance with injecting insulin. 87628(b)(1) states "the licensee shall be responsible for ...
