Ehh...‎

This is a nice, newly-renovated complex in Baton Rouge. My husband and I live here.. and it is ok... but the condos are small (1br is 600sq ft)and the walls and floors are thin! I would not recommend living here if you like your privacy. The condos are close together and do not resemble a legitimate condo complex. They more resemble apartments. I would not consider purchasing one of these units.‎
