This was my first time with this vet, since I had an online coupon and had just taken in a hospice foster with lots of problems. The place was clean and bright, the staff was friendly and the vet, Dr. Doug Tucker was amazing! I have been in rescue for many years and have been to a LOT of vets and never have I had one be so friendly, communicative and helpful. He must have spent over 30 minutes in with us talking with me (not AT me!) and feeling and checking out Claudius. He even took a culture and he drew out the fluid himself as opposed to having the vet tech do it! A Vet not passing of work to the vet techs?!? He also asked my opinion on things, and actually listened and respected that I might acutally know what I am talking about. There was eye contact and he was focued as opposed to rushing in and doing what is needed and rushing out to leave everything else to the vet techs. They then took a picture of Claudius for his file! What detail! The whole experience renewed my dwindling faith in the veterinary care system. While the initial exam fee is quite a bit above my pay range I would definately be more willing to save up for longer to take my pets there than pay less and take them anywhere else. I suggest no one else in Dallas but Park Cities Animal Hospital.

We have used PC Animal Hospital for over 13 years. From the time I got my puppy until now I have stayed there for her care. WE have changed vets a few times because they have moved...but always had wonderful attention and care at PC Animal Hospital.
