A little overwhelmed when I first walked in but was greeted by a friendly front desk. It was more expensive than I was expecting, however my colorist Tiffany and my stylist Johnathan were EXCELLENT!!! Although it seemed busy they took the time to focus on me and listen to what I was looking for. Both made me feel comfortable and were extremely friendly and seemed to be pros at what they were doing. A friend recommended this salon; I'm glad she did.

I visited Paris Parker Prytania Street location after reading about their stylist being selected for NY Fashion Week. I live in Atlanta, however, travel to New Orleans regularly and decided to book a color and cut while I was in town. I absolutely loved both! I asked about current trends and both the colorist and cutter made the perfect recommendations for me! Love it!

My last experience at this Salon made me wonder if I ever want to get my hair highlighted again. 2 days before my wedding I went to Paris Parker on Prytania street to have my hair touched up. The assistant who washed the bleach out (and blew it dry) left bleach at the back of my head which I didn't discover until I was almost home. Interestingly enough I actually ASKED her as she was blow-drying if she got all the color out as my hair felt stiff and wasn't drying well. Without having time to turn around and go back to the salon I returned home and washed it out myself. The Salon was not particularly apologetic, offering me a complementary wash and dry instead of a refund. They also suggested that perhaps I was wrong and had mistaken "styling product" for bleach. For the top dollar that they charge they should have MUCH better customer service and consistency. While the colorist I had been using did a fine job, I will never go back to this salon. I am confident that can find equally good colorists in a nicer environment who don't charge me an arm and a leg and insist I don't know the difference between bleach and styling products. And for the record, my husband had been getting his hair cut at this salon but also stopped as we had been getting inconsistent results.

I have gone to this salon for a year and will not see anyone else. Quinn does a great job on my hair! I am from London and have had my hair done at many top salons. I have been so happy with this salon that I will wait for an appointment and would not trust my hair to any other place. I feel that the two prior reviews were an exception and that this place is one of the best. I know people usually only take the time to write a review when they are unhappy with the srevice. I wanted to take the time because I am very happy with my inverted bob style and was online looking for the phone number to check the time of my appointment today when I read the above...
