My company ordered several items online for in-store pick up (to save on shipping). We called after a period of days to inquire if our order was ready, since our credit card had been charged. Not only did they not have the order, but they knew nothing about it. When they finally called us to pick up our order, over half of it was missing! They had no idea what we ordered--as if there is no interface with their online service. In mid-December we finally received all of the items we ordered in mid-August. Although it is one thing to have poor order fulfillment, it is another to have nasty people on staff. From the minute we stepped foot in the store we felt a creepy tension from the sourpusses who didn't have the slightest idea how to help us, but nonetheless shadowed us constantly--as if we might shoplift?? I'll never do business here again, and would advise online shoppers to place their order in person.‎
