4:00 a.m. today, I realized I was in BIG TROUBLE. At 7:30 a.m. I spoke to Eve-very attentive, calming affect, and said I'd get a call in about 1 hour. In LESS than 1 hr., another gentleman called/verified my info., and said a Tech would come in about 1 hour. In LESS than 1 hour… RONALD appeared at my home! RONALD was bright and charming. He was attentive and paid attention as I showed him “how & why” I was in BIG TROUBLE. He quickly went to work, verified my H/W tank “demise”—and just as quick went about his work to get me a new tank and correct my old tanks' mess. RONALD was diligent thru the initial problem of finding a tank to fit my Mfgr. Home; and, he used his skills to make all necessary adjustments to install the new tank. Thru the entire service—RONALD was very articulate, well spoken in manner, and showed delightful humor. His kind presence and soft steps in my home DIDN'T upset my cat (who freaks out easily at strangers). “Just Another Day in Paradise”—RONALD ...
