WHY so much attitude toward customers?‎

This business is so use to taking an advantage of their customers like if they were drug addicts. I went in there the other day and decided not to do business just because the way I was treated.Made feel bad that i need to pawn an item so i can pay my phone bill before it was cut off.‎
