Poor Customer Service‎
If you are purchasing a product from this company, they seem to be able to do whatever it is you need done but if you are needing customer service afterward, forget it. When I purchased a hot tub, they were able to deliver and set it up with no problem but when I needed it moved, they were somehow suddenly unable to provide that service, even though I expected to pay them for it. That is not in keeping with the assurances I was given when making the original purchase. Apparently, business is still very good for them because they can afford to lose customers. They certainly have lost me as one.‎
