I asked them to try to fix my television that was broken and they sent a guy to my house to look at it. Then, I was charged for it. It wasn't cheap either. Anyway, the guy diagnosed it and said that it would be too hard to figure out what the root cause of the problem was. I had to call up anohter company to fix it. I was still charged.

Ive only visited this store once when it first opened at the new location at El Paseo de Saratoga near the AMC theaters. I went in looking for an Anthem pre/pro to look at and at least a in-store demo. I waited around for 10 minutes and the guy behind the counter seemed to act like I wasnt there. So I finally walked up to the counter and asked a few questions. All I got for answers were yes or no. On top of that, they wouldn't let me listen to the Anthem unit wanted to look at because it was not set up yet (it was in a rack looking like it was hooked up to at least a pair of speakers). I guess they didnt want the bother so I didnt either to this day.
