I was hosting a bridal shower last year. I like to see and feel invitations before I order them if at all possible. The problem with ordering custom things like this is that it's so much cheaper now to do so online. And it's faster. So I feel guilty about looking at their books and then ordering online however, I don't feel like the customer service I receive there justifies the extra cost. But they have books that you can look through. It's a tiny bit larger than the store at UTC.

Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love this store. I buy cards, gift wrap and a ton of other stuff here. We even had Papyrus stores in Hong Kong when I lived there. I love their wrapping paper selection here.

<b> Overall:</b> cannot tell you how many times i have been in this store, whether to buy something or not, and have been impressed at the what i see. I am not a stationary guy, but i have needed man-ly thank you cards and small gifts for people, and this store has always come through<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> it is a bit expensive, but according to my wife it is worth it because the paper is pretty<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> most employees are very nice and helpful, but the store is never that big so it is not hard to find things on your own<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> everything there is very well made<br />

This is a great place to sort of browse. They have some fun cards, stationery, photo albums, and some scrapbooking type stuff, but it&#39;s all pretty pricey. If you have the money to spend, I would recommend it, but if you&#39;re broke as a joke, ...
