I love this place on a Sunday morning. The farmer's market is nearby that morning and you can go grab a coffee, then traipse up to the farmer's market for some fresh produce for the week.
Pros : Great coffee, breakfast and environment.
Cons : It can get busy sometimes and hard to find a table. And, if it is raining, then this option is really out if you want to hang out.
