Panache hair salon is just plain special. From the decor to the staff everything is done right. I personally use Gina (one of the owners) and she is really really good at what she does. All of the staff at Panache take such great care of their customers, are warm and friendly and most importantly experts in their field. <br />

I've been going to Panache for over 3 years and am continually impressed by the entire operation. Almost everyone on staff welcomes me on a first name basis every time I come into the salon. I've missed a few appointments and they've always welcomed me back without heavy guilt trips. <br />

I can't say enough good things about Panache... oh, did I mention they offer complimentary wine with your hair cut. <br />

Just to give you an idea of how much attention they pay to customer service they start you off with washing your hair and during the washing they give you a relaxing head message. I love it!

I have been going to Panache for 2.5 years and it has been one of the best hair salon experiences I have had. I initially tried them after asking several friends with nice cuts where they went. On my first visit I explained what I was looking for: there were only a few critical things, but critical they were. The person cutting my hair not only listened but gave me a cut that literally had people I work with staring at me and telling me just what a great change it was. Since then, I have developed a great relationship with the salon - they have been flexible when I needed flexibility and I feel like my stylist and I know and respect each other as individuals. It is a wonderful place.

Hair salons come and go (kind of like restaurants) and this one's been around for years. Karen and Theresa built a quality establishment and then groomed their successor Gina who has taken it further; and, Karen and Theresa are still there! They have a long history of staying ahead of changing styles with everyone going to hair shows to stay current. Clients range from surfer dudes to lions of business to Fairbanks Ranchers. Fully qualified stylists still have to apprentice before they earn a chair there which results in uncompromising quality. They could almost be an ER clinic for all the "chop jobs" they've saved over the years!

I have followed Karen for more years than I care to admit. She is the absolute best. Everyone at Panache is warm and genuine, alwasy pleasant. Would highly recommend to everyone.
