If you want your gown ordered, find another retailer!
I placed my order in October, they informed me my dress should be delivered in January. When I called to check the status of the arrival the manager called me back to tell me that they never placed the order! Not once did she apologize, she simply said the good thing is that you can change your order if you need. I didn't need to change my order, I needed my dress. They never once apologized, just an apology would have acknowledged that they made a mistake.
Again when I had them order my veil, because that was part of the deal, order my dress and they give me a discount on the veil. When I ordered my veil I was nevervous because they placed my order in a stack that they haven't ordered yet. The stack was thick and I was thinking wow, those orders are important, just as my gown order was. With the veil I had problems. I was informed that the veil was to be delivered on such and such date. They said they were suppose to receive it and would call. A month after the arrival date they never called. I called them and again, the manager called me back and said it was delivered but couldn't locate the package.
I will and have not suggest my friends to go to them. I dread picking up my veil.
